Son Serra de Marina · Mallorca

Mallorcan cooking over a wood fire, in a hidden garden.

We have lit the wood fire every day for 25 years. Meat and fish from the grill, island recipes and tables under the trees.

Through the stone arch

Step through our old stone arch and you find a place with a soul of its own. For 25 years Manuel Alcalde Muñoz has poured his passion into this corner, turning Mallorcan tradition into a refuge where good food and nature meet.

Our story

01

The fire

Meat and fish cooked slowly over a wood fire, the way the family recipe says.

02

The produce

Vegetables from Mallorcan gardens, fish from the Mediterranean and meat chosen every day.

03

The garden

Shaded terraces, palms and bougainvillea. Once you are through the gate, the road noise stays outside.
